  I'm planning a wedding for my friend. She had quite a few people recommend Trillium, so we visited. The venue itself was nice enough, especially the outdoor space! On the other hand, the person doing the tour was either having a bad day, he's in the wrong business or he didn't want us there. The bride and I left and both shared the same thoughts about him. For her, customer service is everything. He left much to be desired in that area.
